Kick off the winter season with our first 2-day, 1-night Tahoe Ski Trip of the year! We’re excited to launch the season with a brand-new lodging upgrade — The Coachman Hotel in South Lake Tahoe, our newly selected overnight partner for 2025.

♦Trip Itinerary

Saturday – Heavenly Mountain Resort

Though weather can play a major factor, our expected time of arrival at the Resort is 8:30am, where you will spend a full day tearing up the slopes at Heavenly, known for its massive terrain, epic tree skiing, breathtaking Lake Tahoe views, and vibrant village scene. Whether you're carving cruisers, chasing powder, or exploring the terrain parks, Heavenly has it all.  After the lifts all close at 4pm, we will aim to leave the resort at 4:30pm arriving at the Hotel at 4:45pm where you are free to enjoy all that the Coachman has to offer. 

Sunday – Heavenly Mountain Resort

Day two will start at 6:30am when your grab-and-go breakfast will be available, and we aim to leave the hotel (with all your luggage) by 8:00am.  The bus will be leaving for the California Lodge at 7:45am to ensure a parking spot is secured.  Those who want to load their bags on the bus first thing in the morning and then walk to the Gondola are perfectly welcome to do so.  Please ensure that you arrive at the bus at the California Lodge by the departure time of 4:30 p.m.   Again, we will aim to leave and head back to the Bay Area at 4:30 pm.

"Bus Only" price Includes:

2-day transportation / 1 night lodging / Breakfast on Sunday

Lodging will be double occupancy. If you are riding with a companion, you will be roomed together; if you are a single rider, you will be paired up with another rider of the same sex and age range. There is the option to select a single occupany King room for an additional charge.
